Adam either super happy to be visiting the Youth Olympic Park or just super happy to be back in SE Asia. |
Checking out the race course and trying to hold off jet lag before our half marathon. |
We would be running 21k around this great city in 95 degrees and 98 percent humidity. |
To escape a rain/lightening storm -- we checked out a cool museum in S'pore. |
In the museum, you got to write your wish for someone else on a fish and then put it into an exhibit. Adam's wish for Heidi... |
... and Heidi's for Adam. |
And an extra wish while we were at it. No one said you could only make 1. |
Hawker stall lunch. The "cheap" option in Singapore is still about $30 US! |
Breakfast of champions. Parts of our "free hotel breakfast" that we held over from the day before for our pre-race meal. |
So happy to be done and still standing. |
Just super happy that now the run is finished and beer drinking could begin. |
So, a post-race celebratory beer it was! |
Adam's first 333 beer when "coming home" to HCMC. |
Keeping the celebration going with two things he loves -- coffee and Bailey's. |
Checking out an old pagoda in HCMC. These are bundles of burned incense. They were HUGE. |
Heidi happy to be back stomping around HCMC. |
The bathroom's view from the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. (Do not pay attention to the sweaty running clothes on the tub. Do pay attention to all the GREEN). |
Not a bad view, Singapore. Not bad, at all. |
Adam took about 2 minutes before he took to wearing the hotel robe. Ah, this is the life. |
